NWPA Competition 2025 Entry Instructions – FREE TO ENTER
All entries, PDI and Print, must be entered via the online system as follows:

Check the box at the bottom of the page to accept the privacy agreement if required.Enter your email address. Please check it carefully as all communication will be sent to this address.
Click Next
You may be asked to confirm your email again, in which case enter it and click Next
Enter you number, contact number and honours if desired and click Next
Read the Rules and then Click Next – they certifies that you will abide by them.
You will see a list of sections
Open Colour Print
Open Colour PDI
Open Mono Print
Open Mono PDI
Nature Print
Nature PDI
You can enter a total of 6 images across these sections in any combination but with not more than 4
in any one section.
Click on the section you want to enter.
Click Yes
Click Browse and navigate to the file you wish to upload and click Open.
Files should be up to 1600×1200 pixels and sRGB jpg format. If they are not, the system will tell
you and give you the chance to either have the software automatically convert you image (you will
still be responsible for the quality of the image and it will be judged as seen) by clicking Resize or
return to the menu and select a new file by clicking Next.
Once your image has uploaded, the filename should appear next to Image file and a title will
automatically be generated from the filename. You can change this title by typing in the box. Please
ensure that Print titles are identical between this system and the back of the print.
Repeat for any other entries in this section.
Click Next and you will return to the list of sections. The number of entries you have made to each
section will display in brackets next to the section name.
Repeat for any other sections you wish to enter.
When you have entered all of your images, from the section list screen click next.
You will see a summary of your entry, with the options to go back, if you wish to make any
changes, print for your records or next to continue.
After clicking next you will see a screen thanking you for your entry. Your entry is now complete.
Please note you will NOT receive a confirmation email until your images are manually downloaded
from the system and this will not happen immediately. However you will have a confirmation
email by the submission deadline.
If you wish to change your entry in any way, you can freely do so up to the closing date by
repeating the process again, navigating to the image you want to change within the system, clicking
remove and uploading a new file, or by changing titles or other details in the relevant boxes. You
must then click all the way through to the Thank you for your entry page for your changes to
register. You do not need to notify us of any changes by email etc.
